At Mylee HQ we are making sure our warehouse staff are kept safe and our warehouse's are sanitary, so there are some delays on orders during the COVID-19 lockdown period.
Our friendly customer service team are also experiencing a high amount of queries, so please allow 2-5 days for a response.

Standard (3 – 5 days) - £2.95
- Orders over £15 will receive FREE UK Standard Delivery.
- Orders will be delivered between Monday to Saturday.
- Most orders will be received within 2 - 5 working days after the order has been authorised.
Express (1 – 2 days) - £5.95
- Order by 12:00pm, Monday - Friday to receive your order the next day delivered between Monday to Saturday by Yodel.
- Orders placed after 12:00pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday the following week by Yodel.
FREE UK Delivery
If the total cost of your order is over £15 you will receive FREE Standard Shipping. This will be automatically applied to your order in your shopping bag.
If your order is over £10 and you require Express Next Day delivery then please select this option in your shopping bag. This option will be charged at £5.95.

We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
Before we can dispatch your order, we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order confirmation email, your order has been authorised.
Dangerous Goods Delivery Restrictions
Some of our products are classed as hazardous (HAZMAT) goods. This will impact our ability to deliver to certain destinations and use certain delivery methods. The delivery options available for your order will be able to be selected at checkout.
In the event that your order includes 'HAZMAT Goods'; we would be unable to process or provide a delivery option - this would mainly affect overseas countries including Europe and USA.
